Cancellations and Refunds

• To cancel or reschedule a booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or result in a forfeited deposit.

• Refunds are issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and at our discretion.
