2. Services We Provide

L&E Garage Co. offers professional car detailing and vehicle care services across Rooty Hill and Western Sydney. Services can be booked online, by phone, or in person and are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including safety, condition of the vehicle, or improper conduct.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing is subject to change, but we’ll always confirm costs with you before performing services.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified on our website or during booking.

  • Deposits may be required for certain services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • To cancel or reschedule a booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or result in a forfeited deposit.

  • Refunds are issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and at our discretion.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee and Warranty

We aim to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If you're unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

We do not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • General wear and tear

  • Issues unrelated to our service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, images, designs, and written materials — is the property of L&E Garage Co. and may not be reproduced or reused without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Content and Services

Some features on our site may link to or use third-party tools or content. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk.
